Return Policy


We are here to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order! If that is not the case, please contact us for any returns or exchanges at info@shophypnotize.com and we will gladly accept non-sale items within 15 days of receiving your purchase if the following criteria is met. Please note that Shop Hypnotize is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages sent with a tracking number. 

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated via email before sending in the item(s) at info@shophypnotize.com
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your purchase. After 15 days upon receipt of your purchase, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
  • Your shipped return order must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your purchase, regardless of when you contacted us to initiate the return.  
  • Items must be returned in unused, mint condition with all tags still attached. 
  • Purchased items are returned at the customer's own expense, we do not refund shipping from the original purchase. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being returned to us, we suggest purchasing tracking and insurance on your package. 
  • Online purchases will be refunded via the original purchase method within 7 days of receiving once the return is approved. 
  • Exchanges will be offered store credit online to re-purchase their intended exchange. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
